Orah is a a well known name and means light (or).

"light" symbolizes spiritual strengh, as the Kabala sages say. This strengh can help build a strong personality and also cultivate the quality of shining on others, which means influencing others to the good, helping and assisting fellow men. 

The light was created on the first day  and the sages tell us it was too powerful to be contained, which is why g-d had to contain it in the future tsadikkim . This teaches us that the light does not nessesarily reveal itself, it exists as a hidden essence and it takes the right qualities in a person for the light inside to be revealed.These "right" qualities are connected with closeness to torah and good deeds and correct behavior.
